“I can’t log in”:Please check your email (and spam folder) for the “Welcome Email.” It’s from the address “support@lovesagame.com” with the subject line: “Your The Authentic Love Academy account has been created!”

It contains your username (which is your sign-up email) and a password.

“I haven’t received the ‘welcome email.'”:

The email has been sent immediately after signing up … please check the “Spam” folder of your email provider if you don’t see it after 10 minutes.

If you still can’t find it, please visit this page: https://academy.lovesagame.com/my-account/lost-password/ and enter your sign-up email address.

You will receive an email from “support@lovesagame.com” (subject line: “Your password has been reset”) with a link to click on, which will then take you to a page where you can assign yourself a new password (choose a safe one).

After that, you can log in with your email address and the newly chosen password.

“I forgot my login data”:

Please visit this page: https://academy.lovesagame.com/my-account/lost-password/ and enter your sign-up email address.

You will receive an email from “support@lovesagame.com” (subject line: “Your password has been reset”) with a link to click on, which will then take you to a page where you can assign yourself a new password (choose a safe one).

Important: If you don’t receive the reset email, please check ALL your spam folders.

After that, you can log in with your email address and the newly chosen password.
